Get ready for a mix of national sporting events, family-friendly festivals, and more in Plainfield. Mark your calendar for these events below:

Meijer LPGA Classic | June 13th-16th

During the month of June, Plainfield Township will welcome thousands of golf enthusiasts to Blythefield Country Club for the Meijer LPGA Classic. Now in its 10th year in the Township, the Meijer LPGA Classic hosts 144 of the best women golfers for 72 holes over four days of competition in June. 

Michigan Titanium Triathlon | August 11th

On August 11th, you’ll be met with triathletes converging on our area for the largest ultra-distance (140.6 mile) triathlon in the Mid-West! Michigan Titanium Triathlon is considered a “world-class event” and is centered around Versluis Lake in the Township.

Mill Creek Days | August 8th-10th

Mill Creek Days is back this summer in Comstock Park with event favorites like movies in the park, a parade, and a dog show. This year, participate in the newly added 10k run, expanding craft booths, and even more kids' activities. Stay tuned for schedules and full event details. Check out last year’s video recap here. 

Coffee with a Cop | Weekly Thursdays  

During the weekly meetups, the community is able to ask questions and receive answers directly from the community policing officers and guest presenters. Presentations have included: KCSO’s K9 Unit, election updates, CPR demonstration, fraud prevention, and more. If you can’t make the meetings, you can follow along for a brief summary each week in our e-newsletter. Meetings are scheduled on Thursdays at 10AM at Plainfield Township Hall.
