Five years of relevant experience in Assessment Administration and MAAO (3) certification are required, however 10 years or more of relevant experience are preferred.
Experience using BS&A Equalizer software, Microsoft Word and Excel, property appraising in all classes of property with supervisory experience required. Candidate must possess and maintain valid Michigan Driver’s License. Selected candidates must undergo a criminal background check prior to start date.
