Township Historical Preservation and Advisory
Committee meets regularly to oversee the operation
and maintenance of the
Hyser House Historical Museum, and is tasked
with protecting and preserving Township history.
The Committee meets the fourth Tuesday of the
month, January through November at the Plainfield
Township Hall (6161 Belmont Avenue, NE) at 2:00
p.m. All meetings are open to the public and
residents are encouraged to share anything regarding
Township history with the Committee.
The Hyser House
Museum is open to the public the first Sunday
of each month, May through December, from 2:00-4:30
