NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public test of the
M-100 Optical Scan tabulator and the AutoMark voter
assistance terminal, in preparation for the February
28, 2012 Presidential Primary Election, will be
conducted on Monday February 6, 2012 at 5:30 P.M.
at the Plainfield Charter Township Offices, 6161
Belmont Avenue NE, Belmont, MI.
ELECTION COMMISSION
MEETING:
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the Plainfield
Charter Townships Election Commission will take
place on Monday February 6, 2012 at 6:00 P.M. at
the Plainfield Charter Township Offices, 6161 Belmont
Avenue NE, Belmont, MI.
The Election Commission
will be appointing election inspectors to work the
February 28, 2012 Presidential Primary Election.
All interested persons
are invited to attend the public test and the Election
Commission meeting. Please contact the Township

Township Board of Review will be in session and
meet by appointment at the Township Hall - 6161

Monday, March 12,

From 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon and 1:00 p.m. to 4:30
p.m.
AND
Tuesday, March 13,
2012
From 12:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. to 9:00
p.m.
Appointments may be
made by calling 616-726-8880 by Monday, March 12,
2012. Residents and Non-residents may appeal by
letter addressed to the Board of Review, 6161 Belmont
Ave. NE, Belmont, Michigan if received no later
than Monday, March 12, 2012.
The Board of Review
will upon the request of any person who is assessed
on the assessment roll, or of his/her agent, and
upon sufficient cause being shown, correct the assessment
is such manner as will in their judgment make the
valuation thereof relatively just and equal.
Real Estate Factor:
In accordance with Act. No. 165 of the Michigan
Public Acts of 1971, and Act. No. 114 of 1980, it
is estimated that the tentative assessment equalization
factor for 2012 will be:
